Hi Guys, just joined here and must say, I've been doing the exact same thing...eating mildly spicy meals throughout the day and I've definitely noticed some fat burning.

I have heard from many people that eating peppers burn extra calories and it is true. But i want to know that, is there any other thing or substitute of peppers to burn calories. Because i am allergic of peppers. Suggestion please.
