300g beef (cut into thin strips)
2-3 chillis (sliced thinly)
3 cloves garlic
1tbs soy sauce
1-2 tbs veg oil
4 nests of medium egg noodles
300g bean sprouts
1/2 carrot (grated)
1 yellow pepper (sliced)
75g spring greens (sliced in thin strips)
1 red onion (sliced thinly)
What to do:
1. Marinade beef strips in chilli, crushed garlic, soy and oil for 30 mins.
2. Boil noodles for three mins set aside.
3. Heat a splash of oil in a wok, fry beef till brown, add all other ingredient - stir fry for 3 mins and serve immediatley.
